you're saying you're gonna do it and you're eating right then there's nothing
you can do about it don't worry about what you haven't lost yet focus on the
fact that you are losing weight and you're doing good for your body like
basically take it day-by-day so if you wake up that day and you worked out and
you ate healthy you had a good day don't worry about somebody else who went on
three hikes when all you can do was do an hour on the Victor core thirty
minutes on the other people don't worry about that be happy for them like good
for you you got your workout in but don't be hard on yourself if you can't do
that or whatever the case is just worry about you don't worry about other
people as far as why you aren't where they are or why you progress hasn't been
as quick as that because I kind of miss
